Welcome to Snowdrop Lodge. Thank you for choosing us for your holiday break. We are thrilled to warmly welcome you and trust you will have a great stay! Some special highlights of the property are the hot tub and the beautiful walks on the doorstep. There are some fabulous local restaurants in the area, my personal favourite is The Bunk Inn at Curridge which serves great pub food.

I hope you enjoyed your stay at Snowdrop Lodge.

I would love to host you again! Please remember that your checkout time is at 10.00am on the day your booking concludes.

Before you check out, may I kindly request that you:
• Switch off all lights in the property.
• Switch off the heaters including the towel rail in the bathroom.
• Wash all used dishes and put away all washed dishes and crockery from dishwasher.
• Place used rubbish bags in the outdoor bin which is down the driveway on the right-hand side.
• Ensure all appliances are switched off.
• Lock the property and leave key in key safe.

I wish you safe travel and would love to have you again as my guests! Do not forget to complete the feedback form enclosed at the front of this pack. Your feedback is invaluable to ensure all guests have a pleasurable stay at the lodge and we can continue to improve.

House Rules

Please kindly adhere to the following rules for my property:
1. No smoking inside the property.
2. Up to 2 dogs are allowed as long as they are friendly and well behaved. No dogs to get on the bed or furniture please.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed on the property.
5. Please dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish bin down the driveway
6. Please switch off all lights and electrical appliances when you leave the property.
7. No eating in the hot tub.
8. Only plastic glasses to be used in the hot tub. These can be found on the top shelf in the cupboard above the fridge. No glass to be used under any circumstances. We will need to charge you £100 if we need to drain the hot tub due to misuse.
9. Noise curfew is 11pm
10. You get lots of rest and relaxation - please enjoy.

TV remote controls can be found on the shelf below the TV. Sky and Netflix package are available for use. Please do not order any additional packages or pay as you go.

Bed

The bed will be left down throughout your stay unless you have specifically requested for it to be not made up. If you require further instructions on how to put the bed away please speak to Bridget or Grant.
